This month, city officials informed me that the private dispute between the building owners at 42 S. Frank Blvd has been resolved, resulting in the owner of the remaining building acquiring the semi-demolished property next door.
We all likely noticed the construction fence protecting the semi-demolished side was removed recently. I've been assured by all parties this was done because the demolition will finally be completed by the end of next month, July, 2024, and the property restored to a state of good repair.
